I love working with people of all ages, the youngest person I have treated was 2 days old and the oldest (so far) was 92 years old. Chiropractic is a safe and effective treatment for people of any age with varying different types of issues. These can include: back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, headaches and many more. Chiropractic care is not just for when you are suffering and in pain it can keep your body strong and active so that you don't have to suffer. It's a lifestyle choice not just a quick fix, I look at the underlying issues that can be creating dysfunction in your body and seek to help you resolve it, rather than just covering symptoms.
BRIEF BIO: I am an avid reader and enjoy all types of books. I am currently undertaking a walking challenge to walk the length of the Thames (not all in one go!) which is a wonderful way to keep fit and see our beautiful country.
