Role: The head and face for each group. It would start with you finding the perfect location for the meetings. Moving forwards, your role as GD would be to make sure that each meeting is set up with the POS material provided and run the meeting. In this position you are ultimately responsible for the members' requirements, ensuring new visitors get a great experience and encouraging them to return and join the network. You will need to carry out some local marketing activity to ensure that group numbers are rewarding enough for everyone. You will also need to organise the Pitch Platforms and FREE Seminars in advance, oversee the process of each meeting, issue receipts for the breakfast meetings to everyone who attends, send the meeting data to head office along with any new membership forms filled out, keep records of each meeting and deal with any issue from each group. If you take up this position, you will need be at your group meetings whilst in the role or find a replacement from another team member in the area. You will also be responsible for recruiting team members for your group. You will need to produce a quarterly report which details the activity of your group.
Skills required: You will need great people and management/administration skills and have some public speaking skills. You should have an energetic personality and able to problem-solve. You should know everything about Omni Local Business Networking.

Maximum Number of groups: You can manage up to 2 groups.
