    I work as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Coach. I use the 3 Principles (Syd Banks) and have found the principles to be effective in a range of issues particularly  Addiction. I have also trained as an Ask & Recieve therapist which uses muscle testing and can be used for a range of issues and allergies testing. I am a Sekhem/Reiki Practitioner. 

    I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions which is a package. 

    I am a Toastmaster in Milton Keynes, enjoy walking and have a Cineworld membership card. Who doesn't enjoy a good sing-song? well I do.
