Role: This role has a high responsibility! The duties will be to supervise the Area Director, Area Marketing & Sales and take full control of the region. You will need to make sure that any issues are dealt with in a professional manner and manage area and regional team network meetings. Your input will be to help grow the region and spot opportunities which will help the whole structure of the network. You will be overseeing all reports given to you both the quarterly report from the Area Support Managers and the monthly reports from the Area Marketing Support Teams. You will need to spot areas of weakness and offer encouragement and support to everyone within the regional structure and produce your summary to the Head office. You will need to know everything about the Omni Local Business Networking roles and be willing to help out at Group Leader and Area leader positions. You will be required to attend some meetings in each group in your area per year.

Skills required: Great management skills at a middle management level. You must also have some business, training and marketing experience.

Maximum Number of groups: You would be managing up to 6 Area Support Managers.

Time Needed: Around 4-5 hours per week + Breakfast Meetings.
