I am a wellness, weight loss and wealth coach and I am on a mission to help 100 40+ women to finally get off the yo yo dieting merry go round, for good, just like I have done for over 18 months now.

I am partnered with Forever Living Products, who are THE Aloe Vera company in the world and I promote the aloe vera products alongside my coaching business.  

I am focusing on the weight management programme because I have had such success with it myself, but I am also able to help people who want better joint health, better skin, hair and nails, better digestion, better joint health and generally to feel and look healthier. And to balance your immune system so you get fewer and less severe nasty viruses.

I am all about lifestyle changes and showing you we do have a choice when it comes to how our older age is lived!  

I am keen to educate people on the importance of directing some of their monthly spend towards their current health and their future older age life.

One of the ways to do this, in my opinion, is to take control of your weight for good.  So getting to your healthy weight and size, and more importantly, maintaining that. 

I dont just sell you the products, oh no, You would get me as your weight loss coach and I help with your mindset, exercise, looking at your stress levels and food choices and and hand holding is obligatory!  

My aim is to live a long and active life and help other people do the same.
