In my Hypnotherapy Practice, which I started in 2009, I help my clients with the use of various therapy techniques to change their life one step at a time towards personal transformation to better their life.
Some of the issues that I deal with in my clinic are:
Fears, Phobias, Anxiety, Depression, Weight Management (Virtual Gastric Band), Smoking and other addictions, Poor Confidence, Inhibitions - the list of commonplace life-style challenges is considerable. The only good thing about any of them is that they can usually be overcome. When Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, is combined with expert personal counselling it creates an ideal tool in the fight against life’s hurdles.
To enhance the therapy work that I do I partnered with a Multilevel Marketing company called Organo in November 2015 to supply a range of healthy Coffees, Teas and Hot Chocolate. These beverages contain a Chinese herb called Ganoderma, which has considerable health benefits.
